(1) The Board shall have the necessary number of employees.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the appointment, remuneration, service conditions and facilities of the employees on the board will be as prescribed.
(3) The Board may appoint an expert for work that requires expertise and cannot be performed by its own staff, and the qualification, remuneration, service conditions and facilities of such an expert shall be as determined by the Board.
